The Master’s degree program in Climate and Environmental Change – Applied Earth System Sciences offers scientifically based training with a focus on the geographical aspects of global climate and environmental change. Graduates have a broad range of methods for analyzing and evaluating such changes at different temporal and spatial levels. They also have in-depth knowledge of recognizing, preventing and adapting to environmental changes. These qualifications open up a wide range of career paths in research institutions, the public service, data processing, business consulting and in research and development in the private sector. Other professional fields are in environmental and engineering offices, for example in the area of renaturation or underground investigations, as well as in planning offices with a focus on urban climate and infrastructure. With this profile, female graduates are excellently positioned for the job market of the 21st century.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \n<\/jgu-base-buttonitem>\n\n<\/jgu-base-button>\n\n\n
