first-class equipment for preparing wood samples for dendrochronological analysis, including machines for grinding wood samples and producing microsections with various core microtomes.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The laboratory is equipped with devices for monitoring tree ring growth and for collecting material from living trees and historical wooden structures.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional optical scanners, surface staining methods and special wood anatomical preparation techniques contribute to conducting dendroclimatological and dendroecological research and provide new, cutting-edge
