The exploration and analysis of geographical phenomena, for example in soundscapes or film geography, and working with creative, multimedia methods is becoming increasingly important. Our Medialab offers a wide range of opportunities to develop innovative formats for empirical research and science communication.
Here we provide students and employees with the technical facilities they need to express their ideas. The Medialab offers a powerful editing PC, a podcast box for professional audio recordings, a green screen and a wide range of camera and sound equipment. Students and employees of the Institute of Geography are cordially invited to explore the Medialab, deepen their audiovisual knowledge and advance innovative geographical research.
